Small groups at Crossroads Church exist to assist every Christ-follower in his or her journey of faith.  Our small group ministry is built upon the following key omitments:  growth as God’s call and invitation, authentic community as growth’s ideal context, groups that are stage-appropriate so they are most helpful, with the ultimate goal of full life in Christ.
